Founded in 1996 as a general staffing company, our organization evolved into Active Co., Ltd. in 2005 as our business expanded. Since then, we have continued to grow, developing a diverse range of services including contract operations, paid employment placement, technical staffing and business matching.
Our business began in the Ina area of Nagano Prefecture and later expanded to the Ueda area. In recent years, we have further broadened our operations by establishing in-house factories and entering the manufacturing sector. Today, three factories , at our headquarters, in Ueda, and in Okaya, are fully operational.
By integrating our staffing, contract services, technical staffing and matching, and manufacturing businesses, we create strong synergies across the organization. This enables us to respond flexibly and effectively to the evolving needs of our clients.
